The amounts in this item represent appropriations transferred to this agency from the Chippokes Plantation Farm Foundation. The Director, Department of Conservation and Recreation, shall submit an operating plan for the combined agencies to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees no later than July 1, 2003. The operating plan shall identify any operating savings that do not reduce services provided by the newly-merged agency.
