§ 3-3.03 PAYMENT FROM IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE

All payments received by the Department of Corrections from the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service pursuant to the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for housing illegal aliens and other prisoners shall be deposited directly into the general fund consistent with § 4-2.02 a 1 g) of this act. The estimated amount of the payment to be received during each year is $2,779,949.
