§ 3-3.02 PAYMENT BY THE STATE TREASURER
The State Treasurer shall transfer an amount estimated at $178,002 on or before June 30, 2003 and an amount estimated at $168,578 before June 30, 2004 to the general fund from excess 9(c) sinking fund balances.
