Included in this item for the first year and the second year, is the continuation of the two percent (2%) reduction implemented in Fiscal Year 2002 pursuant to HB 29 (2002), plus an additional reduction of four percent (4%) in the general fund appropriation of all agencies in the Legislative Department, to accomplish savings estimated at $2,860,787 the first year and $2,860,787 the second year.
