A.1. This appropriation includes sums to make steam system and boiler plant infrastructure repairs/replacements at Southside Virginia Training Center, repair steamlines at Central Virginia Training Center, and install a new HVAC system at Southside Virginia Training Center.
2. Out of the amount appropriated to this project in the first year, $2,447,625 was withheld from expenditure pursuant to Executive Order 74(01) and reverted to the fund balance of the general fund on June 30, 2001.
