A. Included within this appropriation is $20,000 the first year and $20,000 the second year from the general fund to contract with Offender Aid and Restoration of Fairfax for social services, vocational and employment counseling, and client emergency assistance for probation and parole technical violators in the Fairfax County Day Reporting Center Program.
B. The amounts for Adult Probation and Parole Services include $50,000 the first year and $50,000 the second year from the general fund for a recidivist reduction program in the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
C.1. Included within this appropriation is $1,141,931 the first year and $4,648,985 $4,399,985 the second year from the general fund to provide substance abuse treatment services as part of the Governor’s Substance Abuse Reduction Effort (SABRE) program.
2. The appropriation reduction in this Item pursuant to Executive Order 74(01) is reflected in Item 543.05 of this act.
D. The amount for Adult Probation and Parole Services includes $500,000 the first year and $500,000 the second year from the general fund for the Containment Model for Supervision of Sex Offenders. The Department of Corrections shall provide a report by December 1 each year to the Virginia State Crime Commission on the progress of this program.
