A. Any balance, or portion thereof, in the subprogram Involuntary Mental Commitments, may be transferred between Items 31, 32, 33, and 317 as needed, to address any deficits incurred for Involuntary Mental Commitments by the Supreme Court or the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
B. The general fund revenues available for appropriation listed for the second year in Enactment No. 2 of this act include reversions in the amount of $1,889,550 from the reappropriations authorized in Items 317, 320, and 322 of this act.
