A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $125,610 from July 1, 2002, to November 24, 2002; $128,122 from November 25, 2002, to November 24, 2003, and $128,122 from November 25, 2003, to June 30, 2004 and for each of the other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, $123,028 from July 1, 2002, to November 24, 2002; and $125,489 from November 25, 2002, to November 24, 2003; and $125,489 from November 25, 2003, to June 30, 2004.
B. In addition, retired Commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 17.1-327, Code of Virginia.
