A. Out of the amount for Disaster Operations shall be paid to the Civil Air Patrol from the general fund $100,000 the first year and $100,000 the second year. The provisions of § 2.1-394.1, Code of Virginia, and § 4-5.07 of this act shall not apply to the Civil Air Patrol.
B. All funds transferred to the Department of Emergency Management pursuant to the Governor's authority under § 44-146.28, Code of Virginia, shall be deposited into a special fund account to be used only for Disaster Recovery.
