A. Out of the amounts for Energy Conservation Advisory Services shall be provided $38,362 the first year and $38,362 the second year from the general fund for dues and expenses for the Southern States Energy Board.
B. Out of the amounts for Other Services shall be provided $6,300,000 the second year from the general fund for solar photovoltaic manufacturing incentive grants in accordance with § 45.1-392, Code of Virginia.
