A. No later than October 1, 1999, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall submit to the Governor and Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees a detailed business plan for inventory management and the impact of the Product Distribution System (PDS) on inventories.


B. No later than October 1, 1999, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall submit to the Governor and Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees a detailed business plan for opening new stores during FY 2000, including location and criteria, sales and profit goals.


C. No later than September 1, 1999, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall submit to the Governor and Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees a work plan and cost estimates for renovations, redecoration initiatives, and other necessary improvements to statewide ABC retail outlets.
