(This amendment provides $150,000 GF the first year and $200,000 GF the second year for the costs associated with legislation to create a Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, a new cabinet-level position within the Office of the Governor, and for the transfer of all related functions and staff from the office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade. The transfer of funding and positions for any impacted agencies would occur in the enrolling of Senate Bill 30.)
