Explanation

(This amendment provide $50,000 in each year for the Department of Housing and Community Development to support the development of regulations in the Uniform Statewide Building Code related to regulations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure standards for multifamily residential housing construction projects consisting of more than 25 residential dwelling units. This is a placeholder amendment until a final fiscal impact statement is produced.)
