On or before June 30, 2021, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize a reversion to the general fund of $5,911,271 representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the second year of the 2018 - 2020 biennium.  The total savings amount includes estimated savings within the following legislative agencies:
