Explanation

(This amendment provides $100,000 from the general fund the first year and $100,000 the second year to establish the Board of Purchases of Services from People with Disabilities pursuant to, and contingent upon passage of SB 652 of the 2018 General Assembly Session. The purpose of the Board is to encourage state agencies and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth to purchase services provided by persons with severe disabilities as as means of increasing employment opportunities for such persons.)
