(This amendment provides $40,000 GF per year to the Veterans Services Foundation to be used to aid in the expansion of a veterans services 501 c(3), Tech for Troops. These funds shall be used to hire an instructor to expand the group's reach and allow them to continue to teach veterans computer skills, the basic MS Office, interview techniques, resume assistance, and job application counseling.)
