Explanation

(This amendment adds $50.0 million GF the first year and $42.8 million GF the second year to the At-Risk Add-on supplement by increasing the maximum add-on based on the following percent ranges: from 13.0 percent the first year and from 14.0 percent the second year to 20.0 percent in both years. This amendment also broadens how these funds may be spent in support of at-risk students.)
