"F. Included in this item is $250,000 the second year from the general fund for completion of Phase II of the Environmental Site Assessment Report of the Central Virginia Training Center and initial Environmental Remediation from Phase I recommendations of known contaminants.".

Explanation

(This amendment provides funding for the completion of Phase 2 of the Environmental Site Assessment Report of the Central Virginia Training Center and initial Environmental Remediation from Phase 1 recommendations of known contaminants (October 2017). Phase 1 has been finalized and this appropriation continues Phase 2 along with the regional economic development plan already supported in the last budget cycle. This item is not set out in SB 29. It is the intent of this amendment that the Item would be set out during enrolling.)
