Explanation

(This amendment increases provides $115,000 from the general fund each year in funding for the state employee health insurance program to reflect the passage of House Bill 1311 of the 2018 General Assembly Session which requires insurance plans to provide coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder in individuals of any age. Currently coverage is required only for individuals age 2 through 10.)
