(This amendment provides an appropriation to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund to reflect the estimated impact on utilization of beds in the Commonwealth’s Adult Correctional Centers resulting in changes in criminal sentencing pursuant to House Bill 651, which would establish as a felony the purchase, possession, or transport of a firearm by a person subject to a protective order.)
