Explanation

(This amendment provides $250,000 the first year from the general fund for the next step enabling final architectural planning of the proposed Waynesboro Campus of the Virginia Museum of Natural History. A comprehensive feasibility study and master plan with $150,000 in funding provided by the museum, the City of Waynesboro, and community donations.)
