(This amendment restores $5.7 million the first year and $6.0 million the second year from the general fund to delay closure of Southwestern Virginia Training Center until June 30, 2019. The introduced budget assumes the training center will close on June 30, 2018 and offsetting costs would be used to fund the costs of serving individuals in the community pursuant to the U.S. Department of Justice Settlement Agreement.)
