(This amendment provides $403,571 and 4 FTE positions from the general fund in each year to support the costs associated with House Bill 1109, 2018 Session of the General Assembly which requires employers to pay employees covered by the FLSA who work more than 40 hours a week overtime. The funding is required for additional staff at the Department of Labor and Industry to provide oversight and enforcement.)
