Explanation

(This amendment includes the general fund revenue losses associated with the provisions of House Bill 952, which exempts menstrual supplies from sales tax. This change is expected to reduce general fund revenues by $5.0 million in fiscal year 2019 and $5.1 million in fiscal year 2020.)
