"41. Small School Division Enrollment Loss Fund

Out of this appropriation, $6,112,706 the first year from the general fund is allocated to eligible school divisions that have realized and reported to the Department of Education a total of a five percent or more decline in average daily membership from March 31, 2013, to March 31, 2018, with a minimum dollar amount for such eligible school divisions of $75,000.
