“The Director, Department of Planning and Budget is authorized to transfer up to $7,200,000 from the Blanket Property Acquisition Project authorized in Chapter 1, 2008 Acts of the Assembly, Special Session I to supplement this item.  With this transfer, the total cost of the project is $23,025,000.”

Explanation
(This amendment authorizes the Department of General Services to use funds from the Blanket Property Acquisition Project in Chapter 1, 2008 Acts of the Assembly, Special Session I, to supplement construction of the 1,000 vehicle parking deck for state employees housed in the Main Street Centre and other state-owned and occupied buildings in the vicinity.)
