Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer $18,500,000 of the amount appropriated in Chapter 1, 2008 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I for project 17457, (Repair/Replace Central Virginia Training Center) to project 17733 (Construction of Community Housing for Central Virginia), and $23,800,000 of the amount appropriated for project 17458 (Repair/Replace Southeastern Virginia Training Center) to project 17774 (Construction of Community Housing for Southeastern Virginia).
