Explanation
(This amendment eliminates funding for the Commonwealth Challenge program at the State Military Reservation at Virginia Beach, for a net savings of $1,116,861 from the general fund and $2,086,093 from federal funds the second year. This reduction is necessary to offset the loss of revenues assumed in the budget as introduced.)
