(This amendment reallocates the remaining $24.5 million appropriated in Chapter 1, 2008 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I for project 17457, (Repair/Replace Central Virginia Training Center) in order to build, acquire, and renovate 82 additional community-based homes for current residents of Central Virginia Training Center. Priority for transition will be given to those residents who are living in facilities where health and safety issues are most pressing.)
