Explanation
(This amendment provides $508,000 and 2 staff positions for the Division of Legislative Services pursuant to House Bill 2565, which transfers the responsibility for administering the judicial performance evaluation program from the Supreme Court of Virginia to DLS. A companion amendment removes the funding from the Supreme Court.)
