Page 410, after line 33, insert:
"G.  Upon commencement of construction of state of the art nutrient removal technology pursuant to the second Water Quality Improvement Fund grant agreement executed for the Opequon Water Reclamation Facility, annual nutrient discharges from this facility shall be limited to 153,422 pounds of total nitrogen and 11,512 pounds of phosphorus based on the 12.6 million gallon per day capacity constructed pursuant to the first grant agreement."


Explanation
(This amendment provides for an increase in the total nitrogen and phosphorus that may be discharged from the Opequon Water Reclamation Facility. The increase is due to the expansion of this wastewater treatment plant.)
