Page 250, after line 21, insert:
"D. Out of this appropriation, $190,206 the second year from the general fund is designated for the relocation and merger of the Virginia Aviation Museum in Richmond, Virginia to the Virginia Air and Space Museum in Hampton, Virginia.  The Science Museum of Virginia and the Virginia Air and Space Museum shall coordinate efforts to transfer current assets of the Virginia Aviation Museum to its new location in Hampton, Virginia or to their original owner.  The proceeds from the sale of any assets or buildings in this process shall also be transferred to the Virginia Air and Space Museum in Hampton, Virginia."
