Out of the amounts in this Item shall be transferred to the Agricultural Education Program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University $150,000 and three positions in the first year and $150,000 and three positions in the second year from the general fund to support agricultural educational specialists to be located in the eastern and western portions of Virginia.
