Explanation
(This amendment restores funding for dues for membership in the Federal Funds Information for States (FFIS) system. The funding for FFIS was eliminated in the second year as part of the executive management savings assumed in the budget. A companion amendment in Item 65 amends the language to reflect the restoration. It is the intent of the General Assembly that this funding restoration shall be properly accounted for in calculating the revised amount of savings from executive management actions contained in Item § 4-1.08 during the enrollment of this Act.)
