Page 414, after line 14, insert:
"4.  As disbursements are made to the treasurers of Confederate memorial associations and chapters of the United Daughters of the Confederacy by the United Daughters of the Confederacy for the purposes stated in
§ 10.1-2211, Code of Virginia, an amount equal to $90 the second year shall be distributed to the Town of Coeburn Municipal Graveyard.
5.  As disbursements are made to the treasurers of Confederate memorial associations and chapters of the United Daughters of the Confederacy by the United Daughters of the Confederacy for the purposes stated in § 10.1-2211, Code of Virginia, an amount equal to $50 the second year shall be distributed to the McKenzie Cemetery in Grayson County.
6. As disbursements are made to the treasurers of Confederate memorial associations and chapters of the United Daughters of the Confederacy by the United Daughters of the Confederacy for the purposes stated in § 10.1-2211, Code of Virginia, an amount equal to $60 the second year shall be distributed to the Skinquarter Baptist Church Cemetery."


Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for the care of 40 Confederate graves as follows: 18 graves in the Town of Coeburn's Municipal Graveyard, 10 graves in the McKenzie Cemetery located in Grayson County, and 12 graves found in the Skinquarter Baptist Church Cemetery located in Chesterfield County. Funding for the maintenance of Confederate graves is provided at a rate of $5 per grave.)
