Explanation
(This amendment restores $4.7 million from the general fund and $7.1 million from federal Medicaid matching funds to remove the cap on the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. This proposal included within the Governor's introduced budget may violate the maintenance of effort requirement in the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, thus jeopardizing $962.4 million in federal Medicaid revenue.)
