That, notwithstanding the provisions of the fourth enactment clause of Chapters 924 and 610 of the 2005 Acts of Assembly, the provisions of § 54.1-3041, Code of Virginia, that require medication aides to be registered by the Board of Nursing shall not be enforced until December 31, 2008.
