Explanation
(This amendment restores a portion of the budget reductions to the Roanoke Higher Education Authority. The language provides that the remaining reductions are guided by the list of reduction strategies in §4-1.08 with flexibility to initiate different reduction strategies as necessary. This restoration equalizes the reductions for this institution with other higher education centers.)
