Explanation(This amendment is necessary to ensure that actions of the 2008 General Assembly that make changes related to the provisions of Chapter 896 (2007), such as the repeal of the civil remedial fees on abusive drivers (Senate Bill 1), do not effect the authorization to collect other revenues sources provided by Chapter 896.)
