(This amendment provides funding to restore savings assumed from the discharge of individuals with mental retardation from Southeastern Virginia Training Center. The biennial budget assumed $1.2 million in savings from SEVTC. The Governor's proposed amendments restores $825,564 to the training center's budget.)
