The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer funds provided in this Item to various construction projects previously authorized under the Parks and Natural Areas General Obligation Bond Package, Chapters 884 and 854 of the 2002 Acts of Assembly, to cover increased costs resulting from changes in prices for materials and construction. Prior to transferring funds to any capital project, the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall evaluate the project completion schedule, funding needs to maintain the intent of the project, and potential return on additional investment.
