"5.  $23,100,000 shall be transferred to Item 443 of this act to supplement funding for the Local Road Revenue Sharing Program.
6.  $2,500,000 shall be provided to the County of Loudoun to purchase five buses for the County's transit program.
7. $1,500,000 shall be provided to the Virginia Railway Express for preliminary engineering and design work related to expanding services to the Gainesville and Haymarket area.
8.  $10,000,000 shall be made available to the Cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, to be shared equally between the two cities, for the acquisition of some 15.4 miles of right-of-way owned by the Norfolk Southern Corporation and located between Newtown Road and the Oceanfront.
9.  $1,500,000 shall be transferred to Item 443 of this act to update the Environmental Impact Statement to the point of a new Record of Decision and to update the 1992 design plans to address the current alignment, engineering guidelines and possible interchange improvements for the Route 37 Eastern Bypass in Frederick County.
10.  $161,000,000 shall be deposited to the Priority Transportation Fund
to be used solely for debt service payments on bonds or other obligations issued, or entered into, by the Commonwealth Transportation Board for which the Fund is explicitly required for making the related debt service payments."

(This amendment reprograms the $500.0 million the first year from the general fund. Of this amount, $161.0 million is to be used for debt service in the Priority Transportation Fund as set out in Senate Bill 1379 (2007 Session).
