Page 299, after line 30, insert:
"F.  Out of this appropriation, $250,000 the second year from the general fund shall be used to establish up to four new HIV prevention programs.  Funds shall be targeted to individuals under age 25 within health districts where the annual incidence rate exceeds 6.1 cases per 100,000 individuals.  The Department shall provide funding based on a competitive process and encourage the use of public private collaborations."

(This amendment provides $250,000 from the general fund in the second year to create up to four HIV prevention programs targeted to individuals under the age of 25. Funds are targeted to individuals under 25 years of age in health districts with a high incidence of HIV.)
