Based on information provided by the Secretary of Administration and the Director of the Department of Planning and Budget, the rent payments are sufficient to repay the Treasury loan authorized for this project which was originally created as a nongeneral fund project.)

The first $567,000 received in rent payments annually from building occupants shall be deposited to the rent plan for maintenance and operating costs. Amounts received annually in rent payments from building occupants over $567,000 shall be deposited to the general fund.
