(This amendment reduces the proposed appropriation for the Performing Arts Center at Old Dominion University by $404,120 of general funds and $700,000 in nongeneral funds the first year and $18.9 million of general funds and $6.3 million of in nongeneral funds the second year. The remaining appropriation of $1.6 million of general funds the first year will be used to plan the project.)
