"Out of the amounts included for Voter Services, $332,000 the first year from the general fund is appropriated pursuant to § 30-19.9, Code of Virginia, to advertise Constitutional amendments approved by the General Assembly for consideration by the voters during the 2007 elections."

Explanation
(This amendment provides $332,000 the first year for expenses related to a referendum on three constitutional amendments, as provided for in Chapters 68, 72, 173, and 828 of the Acts of Assembly of 2006.)
