Explanation
(This amendment provides $200,000 each year from the general fund for the pilot reintegration program, mental health treatment, and reentry services for juvenile offenders through the Juvenile Court Services Units. A companion amendment to Item 406 removes certain funds from the proposed expansion of the capacity of the juvenile correctional centers in order to support these services.)
