§ 4-9.04 CONFLICT OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER LAWS

The provisions of the management agreements referenced in § 4-9.01 through § 4-9.03 of this act shall prevail over any conflicting provision in this act unless a provision of this act indicates specifically that it is intended to override or supersede a section or sections of the relevant management agreement.
