§ 4-9.02 APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA

The management agreement executed between the University of Virginia and the Secretaries of Finance, Administration, Education, and Technology on November 15, 2005 pursuant to Chapters 933 and 945, 2005 Acts of Assembly is hereby approved.
