(This amendment adds funding to increase operating support for the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation and the new 300-bed facility for sexually violent predators (SVPs) which will be built in Nottoway County. A portion of the funds will be used to double capacity at the current facility in Dinwiddie County, if needed, until the new SVP facility is completed and begins operations on October 1, 2007.)
